Import freight rates: Rates can be imported from any source, be it email, Excel file or API integration.

Add charges: We can enter any type of charge into the system, including supplier-specific charges, agent fees and special charges such as extra charges for unexpected events.

Planning for a route: During quoting, you can plan for different routes based on any rates uploaded to the system.

Comparison of prices: Prices and costs are compared based on which offer is the best. The comparison takes into account prices, transit times and even CO2 emissions.

Profit setting: You can easily set the profit as a fixed amount or as a percentage rate, so that the prices always reflect the desired profit.

Currency selection: The currency of the quotes can be easily selected, ensuring that customers receive quotes according to their preferences.

Select quotation template and language: Optional templates and languages are available for quotations, which can be set automatically or manually to suit your customers' needs.

Quote generation: Quotes can be quickly generated in Word (.docx) or PDF format, allowing easy sharing of documents.
